RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us at support@machmoon.com with your order number and a brief note.
Once approved, items must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure a safe and secure return.

Exchanges

If your candle arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we offer a complimentary exchange.
Simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of handcrafted candles, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Items purchased on final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition pieces

Refunds

Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
Exchanges for damaged or incorrect items are fully covered by us.
